Job Overview
We’re looking for a Quality Analyst with a background in quality assurance, quality control or invoice handling. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the accuracy of financial documentation, supporting operational excellence and ensuring consistent quality standards across all processed data.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify data, documents and invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor process compliance and flag inconsistencies in records or procedures
- Conduct audits to ensure high standards of quality in daily operations
- Apply basic math to validate totals, reconciliations and invoice calculations
- Support departments in troubleshooting and correcting data errors
- Maintain documentation of findings and assist in process improvements
- Collaborate with teams to uphold quality benchmarks and internal standards
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- Background in quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC) or invoice management
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to error detection
- Basic math proficiency to validate numerical data
- Ability to follow structured processes with minimal supervision
- Effective communication skills
- Organized, dependable and capable of handling repetitive tasks with consistency
