Account Manager

Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a growing e-commerce brand in the audio electronics space. This includes categories such as car audio, marine audio, DJ equipment, speaker enclosures and related accessories. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, detail-focused and confident in managing high-volume accounts with a focus on inventory accuracy, pricing strategy, and product listing health.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily account operations including product listings, pricing updates and order tracking
- Monitor and optimize product visibility, SEO and sales performance across platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage inventory levels and forecast demand
- Review sales reports and customer insights to recommend strategy adjustments
- Communicate with suppliers and fulfillment partners to resolve order or product issues
- Handle escalations related to returns, refunds or logistics concerns
- Maintain organized records of SKUs, categories and marketplace activity
- Ensure listings comply with marketplace policies and brand standards
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in e-commerce or audio electronics
- Strong understanding of platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or Shopify
- Background in audio-related categories is a plus (car/marine/pro DJ audio, enclosures, accessories)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and listing or inventory management tools
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
- Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently
