Job Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you’ll be responsible for handling the Accounts Receivable inbox and customer-related requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in communication and documentation. You'll support Accounts Receivable functions including invoice distribution, portal uploads, account setup and customer form submissions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and capable of handling multiple administrative finance tasks across platforms like Gmail, NetSuite and Versapay.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the Accounts Receivable inbox, providing timely responses to customer requests
  • Set up and update customer account information accurately
  • Send invoice copies, respond to statement requests and handle POD emails
  • Upload invoices to customer portals (e.g., Coupa, Tesla)
  • Distribute scheduled invoices via email (e.g., weekly Sunrun billing)
  • Provide W-9 forms and complete ACH form submissions as requested
  • Maintain organized electronic documentation and assist with Accounts Receivable process improvements

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • Experience in accounts receivable, finance or administrative support
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and Versapay preferred (training provided)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in Gmail and basic office productivity tools
