  • Assist in tracking and recording payments from clients and customers
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices via phone or email in a professional manner
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding payment-related inquiries
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of receivables and client accounts
  • Support the finance team with data entry and basic reporting tasks
  • Ensure all communication aligns with customer service standards of clarity, empathy, and accuracy

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset
  • Professional and courteous in handling client interactions
  • Organized and dependable with basic computer proficiency

Preferred

  • Prior accounts receivable or billing experience
  • Experience working in customer service, BPO, or administrative support
  • Familiarity with accounting systems or CRM tools
