Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities. This role helps ensure smooth workflows, accurate documentation and effective coordination between teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly and can manage multiple tasks while supporting supervisors and operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring daily account or team operations to maintain a smooth workflow
- Provide administrative support to supervisors, team leaders and staff
- Help track attendance records, performance metrics and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Payroll, Operations and Recruitment
- Assist in preparing updates, reports and documentation for operational and client needs
- Maintain organized administrative records, reports and documentation
- Support the preparation of reports related to team performance and operational status
- Help address operational concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure documentation follows company policies and procedures
- Assist with initiatives that improve operational efficiency and service quality
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and departments effectively
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in administrative support, operations or BPO environments is an advantage
- Basic understanding of labor policies, performance management or client service standards is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
