Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, prospects, and competitor insights
- Build and execute lead generation strategies via networking, outreach, and event participation
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies with business goals
- Craft compelling proposals and deliver client presentations
- Negotiate contracts and secure win-win agreements for the company and clients
- Track KPIs and report business development performance to leadership
- Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions for client requirements
- Suggest improvements based on market feedback and trends
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
