Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to manage, prepare and analyze financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will support financial planning, audits, tax preparation and strategic decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reports
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting
- Manage tax reporting and ensure timely submission of filings
- Conduct internal audits and collaborate with external auditors as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory changes
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategies
- Ensure proper documentation and internal controls are in place
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Proven experience in general accounting, audit or financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, GAAP and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero or similar platforms)
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
