Job Overview
Staff Outsourcings Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Company Nurse to promote employee health, safety and overall well-being within thin the workplace. The Company Nurse will be responsible for providing basic medical care, monitoring employee health concerns, maintaining health records and supporting workplace safety initiatives. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a healthy and productive work environment for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees as needed
- Assess employee health concerns and recommend appropriate action or referrals
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of employees
- Monitor employee illnesses, injuries and return-to-work clearances
- Administer medications and treatments within the scope of nursing practice
- Assist in implementing workplace health and wellness programs
- Conduct health screenings, health education sessions and awareness campaigns
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, clinics and hospitals when necessary
- Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and clinic equipment
- Prepare health-related reports and documentation as required
- Support emergency preparedness and workplace safety initiatives
Job Qualifications and Skill Set
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
- Previous experience as a Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse or related healthcare role is preferred
- Knowledge of occupational health and workplace safety regulations
- Strong assessment, clinical and first aid skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks
- Compassionate, dependable and service-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Training in Occupational Health and Safety is an advantage
- Experience in a corporate, BPO or outsourcing environment is a plus
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid is preferred
