Job Overview

As the Continuing Education Department Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the creation, coordination and evaluation of continuing education and certificate programs. Your focus will be on delivering relevant and high-quality non-credit courses for adult learners, staff and professionals. In addition to program management, you’ll assist customers through email, phone and chat, providing responsive service and resolving any concerns.

 

Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Plan, develop, and evaluate professional training and enrichment programs
  • Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to ensure quality content
  • Introduce new courses based on customer needs and market trends
  • Review course performance and make data-driven improvements

Outreach and Marketing

  • Coordinate with the team to create course promotions and marketing materials
  • Assist in building and maintaining customer relationships via outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Respond to customer queries across platforms (email, chat, calls)
  • Gather and escalate customer feedback to support service enhancements

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • Experience managing or coordinating education or training programs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Customer-first mindset with proven experience in handling inquiries professionally
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in online platforms, CRM tools, and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and lead with initiative
