Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to support daily customer and vendor communications across multiple eCommerce platforms. This role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, monitoring inventory-related tasks and ensuring a smooth customer experience through efficient coordination and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Answer vendor calls and manage daily communication professionally
- Respond to vendor inquiries through email and online marketplace platforms
- Create and send quotes for existing vendors
- Create and monitor purchase orders using internal systems
- Monitor inventory purchasing to ensure stock availability across platforms
- Track and manage chats across online stores
- Contact customers regarding cancellations, delivery concerns and order updates
- Perform daily shipping reconciliation to ensure order accuracy
- Review and respond to order comments and customer feedback
- Send abandoned cart emails to re-engage potential customers
- Monitor website reviews and assist with issue resolution
- Process sales orders for marketplace stores
- Coordinate return processing and package handling with the operations team
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, operations or related roles
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and vendors through professional communication
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with eCommerce platforms and administrative systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently
