Job Overview

We are hiring a Customer Service Intake Representative with a strong foundation in healthcare processes and insurance coordination. This role requires high attention to detail, multitasking ability and excellent communication skills to ensure accurate intake, eligibility validation and benefits coordination. You will act as the first point of contact for clients and providers, supporting seamless service delivery through precise documentation and professional interactions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify insurance eligibility, benefits and coordination of benefits for clients
  • Accurately document intake details and ensure all client information is recorded according to standards
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email with clients, providers and internal teams
  • Adapt quickly to evolving systems, policies and procedures
  • Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization
  • Provide responsive support, ensuring all inquiries and documentation are handled promptly

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • Healthcare background with familiarity in industry-specific terminology and practices
  • Experience handling insurance eligibility, benefits and COB processes
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to learn new systems and workflows efficiently
  • Proficient in navigating computer systems and digital tools
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
