Job Overview

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to support a U.S.-based eCommerce brand specializing in car audio, marine electronics, DJ gear and enclosures. You’ll handle inquiries across email, chat and calls—assisting customers with product selection, order updates and post-purchase support. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical understanding of audio products and the ability to provide top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat and phone regarding orders, product specs, returns, and delivery issues
  • Provide product guidance for items such as subwoofers, amplifiers, head units and pro DJ gear
  • Track shipments, process returns/refunds and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
  • Handle marketplace support requests from platforms like eBay, Amazon and Walmart
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM
  • Escalate complex or technical issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Meet response time and satisfaction benchmarks set by the customer experience team

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in eCommerce or electronics retail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify, BigCommerce or marketplace platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of car audio and electronics (or a willingness to learn quickly)
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy and comfortable managing multiple chats/tickets simultaneously
  • Must be able to work night shift aligned with U.S. business hours
  • Can start immediately
