Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their CB radio and communications equipment. Your primary responsibility is to manage email and chat inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and a helpful attitude. You'll resolve issues, answer product-related questions, and build lasting relationships by delivering a consistently high level of service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat platforms
- Assist with product questions, order updates, and general support issues
- Maintain organized records of interactions and follow-ups
- Identify common issues and escalate when necessary to improve service quality
- Work independently while meeting daily and weekly service standards
- Strengthen customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
