- Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Adapt quickly to procedural changes and continuously seek to improve knowledge and performance
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent spatial and anatomical awareness relevant to the service context
- C1–C2 level English reading comprehension and verbal fluency
- Proven ability to work in a BPO environment with a quality-over-quantity focus
- Confident, proactive, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities
