  • Apply excellent spatial and anatomical awareness when interpreting customer needs
  • Use C1–C2 English comprehension to understand nuanced communication in a Western style
  • Provide service that prioritizes precision and customer satisfaction over speed metrics
  • Demonstrate confidence and initiative in handling concerns and finding resolutions
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
  • Adapt quickly to procedural changes and continuously seek to improve knowledge and performance

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent spatial and anatomical awareness relevant to the service context
  • C1–C2 level English reading comprehension and verbal fluency
  • Proven ability to work in a BPO environment with a quality-over-quantity focus
  • Confident, proactive, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills

Preferred

  • IQ score of 100+, indicating strong analytical and comprehension ability
  • Background in technical, healthcare, or anatomically sensitive customer support is a plus
