Job Overview

We’re in search of a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our eCommerce support team. In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to car audio products, orders, shipping, and returns. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has experience handling customer service in online retail, and can work independently while juggling multiple tasks.

 

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and other online platforms
  • Provide product support and technical guidance for car audio systems
  • Handle order tracking, returns, and refunds
  • Monitor customer reviews and respond professionally
  • Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to resolve shipping issues
  • Assist with eCommerce platform tasks (e.g., managing orders in Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon, or eBay)
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and timely
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • 6 months to 1 year of eCommerce customer service experience
  • Familiarity with car audio or consumer electronics is a plus
  • Comfortable using online tools like Shopify, eBay, Amazon, BigCommerce, and Gmail
  • Can manage multiple support tickets at once without compromising quality
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
