Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

This role supports operations by managing vendor relationships, processing purchase orders and sales transactions, and ensuring timely communication with customers. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy and experienced in e-commerce customer service. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy across sales, shipping and inventory.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer vendor calls and manage day-to-day communication
  • Respond to vendor messages via email and eBay
  • Create and send quotes to existing vendors
  • Create and monitor purchase orders using Odoo
  • Track inventory purchasing activity on eBay
  • Monitor and respond to live chats across online stores
  • Contact customers regarding order cancellations or issues
  • Perform daily shipping reconciliation
  • Respond to comments on orders in BigCommerce
  • Send follow-up emails for abandoned carts
  • Manage and respond to website reviews via Yotpo
  • Assist with delivery issues and coordinate resolutions
  • Process sales orders in Odoo for eBay and Amazon channels
  • Review and coordinate returns processing with internal teams

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • Previous experience in customer service, operations, or e-commerce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with vendors and customers via written channels
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
  • Familiarity with eBay, Amazon, BigCommerce, Odoo and Yotpo is a plus
