Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and provide helpful, timely responses
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or provide updates
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate when needed
  • Uphold communication standards and quality metrics
  • Collaborate with team leads and support staff to meet goals

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • At least 6 months of experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Excellent spoken English and clear communication style
  • Confident phone presence and a customer-first mindset
  • Organized and able to multitask across various tools
  • Professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to work full-time with flexibility for shifting schedules
