Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
• Resolve issues related to orders, billing, product information and general support
• Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor
• Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain high satisfaction rates
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services and company policies
• Contribute to team performance metrics and service quality standards

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented, reliable and well-organized
• Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM tools
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
• Must be available to start immediately
