Job Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a travel solutions company focused on simplifying team bookings for sporting events. This role ensures seamless communication with sports teams, event coordinators and venue partners through professional, accurate and timely service across phone, email and chat.
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries related to team travel bookings, accommodations and event logistics
- Provide accurate information and resolve travel-related issues with professionalism
- Coordinate booking changes, cancellations and updates in real time
- Document interactions and updates in internal CRM or ticketing systems
- Communicate with internal operations to ensure booking accuracy and client satisfaction
- Deliver proactive, empathetic support that reinforces service excellence
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, travel, hospitality or logistics
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Familiar with booking platforms or CRM/ticketing systems
- Able to multitask and adapt quickly in a time-sensitive, event-driven environment
- Detail-oriented and proactive in solving client issues
