Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to support daily eCommerce operations and vendor communications. This role involves handling multi-channel inquiries, managing orders and ensuring smooth coordination across platforms and internal teams. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance customer service with operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer vendor calls and manage daily communication
- Respond to vendor messages via email and marketplace platforms
- Create and send quotes for existing vendors
- Create and monitor purchase orders using internal systems (e.g., Odoo)
- Monitor inventory purchasing across marketplaces to ensure stock availability
- Track and review chats across online stores
- Contact customers regarding order cancellations and updates
- Perform daily shipping reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Review and respond to order comments on eCommerce platforms
- Send abandoned cart emails to re-engage customers
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews
- Assist with delivery issues and coordinate resolutions
- Process sales orders across multiple platforms
- Review returns logs and coordinate processing with the team
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- Experience in customer service, sales, operations or related roles
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and vendors through written communication
- High attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, reliable, and proactive in handling tasks
