Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and provider inquiries regarding implant dentistry products, insurance eligibility, and benefits
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and coordinate benefits to ensure accuracy and prevent claim issues
  • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation for each interaction and transaction
  • Assist with resolving order issues, benefit questions, and product support matters
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on products, procedures, and system changes
  • Handle multiple client requests simultaneously while ensuring high standards of professionalism
  • Adhere to client communication protocols and uphold service-level agreements

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • Background in healthcare, dentistry, or medical customer service
  • Strong knowledge of insurance eligibility, benefits, and coordination of benefits
  • Excellent English communication skills—written and spoken
  • High attention to detail with consistent accuracy in documentation
  • Quick learner and highly adaptable to new systems and protocols
  • Above-basic computer literacy and confidence navigating CRM and healthcare tools
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Reliable and accountable work ethic with a commitment to quality service
