Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions and ensure a smooth service experience. This role is ideal for someone with solid customer service experience and the ability to handle inquiries across multiple channels in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with order status, product inquiries, returns and general concerns
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when needed
- Maintain knowledge of products, services and company policies
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart or Wish is a plus
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to work on-site
