Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions and ensure a smooth service experience. This role is ideal for someone with solid customer service experience and the ability to handle inquiries across multiple channels in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with order status, product inquiries, returns and general concerns
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when needed
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services and company policies

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience in eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart or Wish is a plus
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Willing to work on-site
