Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a growing eCommerce business specializing in gardening and seasonal products. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by assisting with inquiries, order support and issue resolution through various communication channels. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with order status, product information, returns, exchanges and general concerns
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Accurately document customer interactions and updates within company systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address order, shipping and product-related concerns
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services and company policies
  • Support seasonal increases in customer inquiries during peak business periods

 

Job Qualifications and Skill Set

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
