Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily operations for a growing eCommerce and logistics-driven business. This role combines inbound and outbound communication, customer support, order coordination and problem resolution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, quick thinker and highly organized professional who can ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery.

 

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to coordinate orders, deliveries and customer follow-ups
  • Handle inbound calls from existing customers and qualified leads
  • Provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, shipping timelines and ordering procedures
  • Coordinate with warehouses, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order updates and communications
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues professionally and efficiently
  • Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates to customers
  • Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

 

Job Qualifications and Skill Set

  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative is required
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate customer and operational needs
  • Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new products, systems and processes
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and business needs

Preferred but not required

  • Experience leading or supervising customer service teams
  • Familiarity with CRM Platforms, ticketing systems and phone/dialer software
