Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily operations for a growing eCommerce and logistics-driven business. This role combines inbound and outbound communication, customer support, order coordination and problem resolution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, quick thinker and highly organized professional who can ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to coordinate orders, deliveries and customer follow-ups
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers and qualified leads
- Provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, shipping timelines and ordering procedures
- Coordinate with warehouses, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order updates and communications
- Resolve customer concerns and issues professionally and efficiently
- Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates to customers
- Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications and Skill Set
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative is required
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate customer and operational needs
- Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new products, systems and processes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and business needs
Preferred but not required
- Experience leading or supervising customer service teams
- Familiarity with CRM Platforms, ticketing systems and phone/dialer software
