Job Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to support a U.S.-based healthcare products brand. This role requires advanced reading comprehension, strong communication skills and a high degree of accuracy when assisting customers. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment where quality of service takes priority over speed and where your ability to grasp spatial and anatomical details will directly impact customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Provide accurate, clear information regarding products and order details
- Resolve customer concerns with care, accuracy, and professionalism
- Collaborate with peers to ensure cohesive support and service standards
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product details and service protocols
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
- Excellent spatial and anatomical awareness
- Advanced English reading comprehension (C1–C2 level) with strong analytical thinking
- High cognitive ability (IQ 100+) preferred
- Confident communicator with a proactive, initiative-driven approach
- Strong adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and product knowledge
- Experience in a BPO or customer service role with a customer-first mindset
- Prioritizes quality and satisfaction over volume or speed
