Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support healthcare-related customer interactions. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has prior Healthcare BPO experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account concerns and service-related requests
  • Provide accurate information while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company and industry standards
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure service excellence
  • Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity and customer satisfaction

 

Job Qualifications and Skill Set

  • At least 6 months of Healthcare BPO voice experience required
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
