Job Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to support a U.S.-based healthcare products brand. This role requires advanced reading comprehension, strong communication skills and a high degree of accuracy when assisting customers. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment where quality of service takes priority over speed and where your ability to grasp spatial and anatomical details will directly impact customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Provide accurate, clear information regarding products and order details
  • Resolve customer concerns with care, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure cohesive support and service standards
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product details and service protocols

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
  • Excellent spatial and anatomical awareness
  • Advanced English reading comprehension (C1–C2 level) with strong analytical thinking
  • High cognitive ability (IQ 100+) preferred
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, initiative-driven approach
  • Strong adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and product knowledge
  • Experience in a BPO or customer service role with a customer-first mindset
  • Prioritizes quality and satisfaction over volume or speed
