Job Overview
We’re seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to support daily operations across various online stores. This role is ideal for someone who excels in written English, is comfortable working independently and can manage a wide range of tasks — from vendor communications to order tracking and shipping coordination. Responsibilities
- Answer vendor calls and respond to messages via email and eBay
- Create quotes and manage purchase orders in Odoo
- Monitor eBay inventory and ensure stock availability
- Track and review live chats from online stores
- Contact customers for order cancellations and delivery issues
- Reconcile daily shipments and verify accuracy
- Review order comments in BigCommerce and respond accordingly
- Send abandoned cart follow-ups and engage potential buyers
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews via Yotpo
- Process sales orders for eBay and Amazon via Odoo
- Assist in managing return packages and updates on the store returns log
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- Strong English fluency, especially in written communication
- Experience in customer service, sales or operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using tools like BigCommerce, Odoo and eBay
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce setting
