Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a voice or non-voice customer service role, with a proven ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience. This position requires someone who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings and is comfortable operating across online platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or order-related issues
  • Document interactions and follow standard service procedures
  • Provide accurate, timely information with empathy and professionalism
  • Multitask efficiently across various tools and platforms
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels when necessary

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience (voice or non-voice)
  • Strong written and spoken English communication
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Positive, customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience with Shopify, e-commerce, or retail is a strong plus
