The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a voice or non-voice customer service role, with a proven ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience. This position requires someone who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings and is comfortable operating across online platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or order-related issues
- Document interactions and follow standard service procedures
- Provide accurate, timely information with empathy and professionalism
- Multitask efficiently across various tools and platforms
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels when necessary
Job Qualifications and Skills Set:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (voice or non-voice)
- Strong written and spoken English communication
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Positive, customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience with Shopify, e-commerce, or retail is a strong plus
