Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Deliver accurate and timely information with a professional tone
  • Ensure all interactions are clear, helpful, and in line with company standards
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on open issues
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve escalations
  • Stay updated on product and service knowledge

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer concerns
  • Professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented demeanor
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
