Job Overview
This role is ideal for someone with at least 6 months of experience in customer service (voice or non-voice) and a strong ability to manage customer conversations with professionalism and empathy. You’ll handle inquiries across chat and email channels, resolve concerns, and provide a top-tier customer experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate product, order, and service information
- Handle multiple conversations at once while maintaining high accuracy and tone consistency
- Resolve customer concerns and issues using a problem-solving approach
- Document interactions clearly and follow internal protocols
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role (chat, email, or voice)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
