Job Overview

This role is ideal for someone with at least 6 months of experience in customer service (voice or non-voice) and a strong ability to manage customer conversations with professionalism and empathy. You’ll handle inquiries across chat and email channels, resolve concerns, and provide a top-tier customer experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate product, order, and service information
  • Handle multiple conversations at once while maintaining high accuracy and tone consistency
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues using a problem-solving approach
  • Document interactions clearly and follow internal protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role (chat, email, or voice)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Exceptional multitasking and attention to detail
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, e-commerce platforms, or retail environments
