Responsibilities
- Provide real-time customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to inquiries related to products, services, orders, or technical issues
- Troubleshoot common problems and escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper case closure
- Participate in team meetings and training to improve service delivery
- Handle support requests across a variety of platforms with professionalism and speed
