As a Customer Solutions Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex cases when necessary. Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to inquiries related to products, services, orders, or technical issues
  • Troubleshoot common problems and escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper case closure
  • Participate in team meetings and training to improve service delivery
  • Handle support requests across a variety of platforms with professionalism and speed

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as part of a rotating support team

Preferred

  • Previous customer support or helpdesk experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and support platforms
  • Background in tech, e-commerce, or service-oriented environments
