Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow-up communications to prospect potential clients
- Qualify leads through active questioning and identifying decision-makers
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain and update lead details in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment goals
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal communication
- Proven sales or telesales experience
- Comfortable speaking to clients over the phone in a professional manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Preferred
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Background in outbound campaigns, cold calling, or appointment setting
