Data Analyst

Job Overview

As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for bulk listing and updating thousands of SKUs across multiple e-commerce platforms. You'll work closely with Seller Cloud, spreadsheets and other data sources to create clean, accurate listings for our refurbished Apple products. Ideal candidates are highly organized, efficient with data and familiar with Amazon, Walmart, eBay and other major marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Import, export, and manipulate data using Seller Cloud and Excel (XLSX)
• List products across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Backmarket, and new sales channels
• Prepare condition-based multivariation listings for 600+ SKUs
• Research missing product attributes using online sources and AI tools (with 100% accuracy)
• Ensure listings meet each platform’s requirements and attribute structures
• Work with large datasets (10,000+ listings), using automation and bulk upload wherever possible
• Organize and manage catalog consistency across all channels
• Collaborate with other VAs and operations teams to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce listing or data roles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel: sorting/filtering, formulas, conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH
• Familiarity with Seller Cloud or similar inventory/channel management systems
• Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high data accuracy
• Strong research and verification skills; AI-assisted workflows allowed but must be fully accurate
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
• Self-motivated and capable of handling large projects independently

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in bulk listing and automation for online marketplaces
• Knowledge of refurbished consumer electronics or Apple products
• Background in Shopify, Backmarket, Reebelo, TikTok, Newegg, or TEMU platforms
