Data Analyst

Job Overview

We are hiring two Data Analysts (E-commerce Channel Listers) to support a large-scale online retail operation. This role focuses on efficiently managing, optimizing and publishing multivariation product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces using internal systems like Seller Cloud. Ideal candidates are Excel-savvy, data-driven and experienced with e-commerce workflows.

Responsibilities

• List and maintain thousands of SKUs across multiple sales channels (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, etc.)
• Extract and manipulate product data from Seller Cloud and format it accurately for each marketplace
• Use Excel to organize, validate and clean bulk product data for uploads
• Gather missing product attributes online to enrich listing files
• Verify that all listings meet channel-specific requirements and are consistent in quality
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve listing errors and optimize data accuracy
• Ensure fast and accurate rollout of listings across new and existing e-commerce platforms
• Use AI tools (as needed) for data enrichment, ensuring 100% accuracy of published content

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

• 2+ years of experience working with e-commerce data or product listing workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data formatting and batch processing
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify and others
• Experience with Seller Cloud (or similar multichannel listing tools) is a major advantage
• Ability to research and extract missing data from reliable sources
• Self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
