Job Overview
We are hiring a Data Analyst & Operations Specialist to drive smarter decisions, ensure data integrity and support operational excellence. This role blends analytics, auditing, research and process enhancement to help build a scalable internal data operations function.
Responsibilities
- Analyze project and task outcomes to inform strategic decisions
- Audit shipping costs and surface savings or discrepancies
- Maintain performance dashboards and operational metrics
- Investigate data anomalies, inconsistencies or gaps in workflows
- Spot trends, red flags or process risks using structured data analysis
- Present insights clearly and proactively across teams
- Contribute to AI tool integrations and automation efforts

- Strong curiosity and attention to detail
- Self-checking approach to data quality (self-QA mindset)
- Proactive in identifying and communicating risks or issues
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, structured data and problem-solving
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
- Growth mindset and eagerness to develop new technical skills
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required):
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations (Amazon, Walmart, eBay)
- Familiarity with FBA, logistics workflows or cost structures
- Exposure to analytics tools (Google Sheets, Excel, BI dashboards, SQL)
- Interest in automation and AI-powered solutions
