Responsibilities
- Input and update financial data in spreadsheets and databases
- Maintain and organize digital records for accounting and operations
- Reconcile data entries with supporting documents
- Assist with invoice logging, expense tracking, and internal documentation
- Perform data validation and error checks before submission
- Follow data management procedures and filing protocols
- Support other clerical or accounting-related tasks as assigned
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- Background or experience in accounting (educational or practical)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic Excel or spreadsheet skills (sorting, filtering, data entry)
- Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks
- Good English communication (written and verbal)
