Job Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for a U.S.-based fitness brand. This role focuses on campaign execution, customer retention, and performance optimization across ecommerce platforms to drive engagement, sales and long-term brand growth.
Responsibilities
• Execute and manage email and retention marketing campaigns across e-commerce websites
• Coordinate creative and strategic messaging across digital channels
• Analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance and boost conversion rates
• Ensure consistent branding across customer touchpoints
• Prepare reports and insights based on key performance indicators
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and promotions
• Stay updated on digital trends and recommend improvements
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
• Experience in digital marketing or ecommerce (DTC focus preferred)
• Proficiency in email platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp
• Strong grasp of analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce or Amazon platforms is a plus
• Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving skills
