eCommerce Account Manager

Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Account Manager to lead and manage multi-platform digital operations for a U.S.-based retailer of car audio, marine audio, musical instruments and electronics. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership experience in e-commerce and marketplace management. You’ll oversee marketplace health, lead support teams and align with U.S. counterparts to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage performance and compliance across Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub and Walmart Marketplace
- Lead a team of Customer Service and Data Entry Specialists; set and track KPIs (CSAT, SLA, listing accuracy)
- Oversee listing creation and optimization—ensure SEO-rich titles, bullet points and descriptions
- Support UX and CRO strategies for the company’s direct-to-consumer website
- Analyze marketplace performance data to identify bestsellers, slow movers and bundling opportunities
- Coordinate with the U.S. leadership team to align operational priorities and strategic initiatives
- Maintain account health across all channels, including policy adherence and feedback management
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- 4+ years of experience managing U.S.-based e-commerce accounts (Amazon Seller Central required)
- 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing a metrics-driven customer service or sales team
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce), CSV-based bulk editing
- Familiar with marketplace tools such as ChannelAdvisor, ShipStation or similar
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willing to work night shift aligned with U.S. Central Time
