Job Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building, optimizing and maintaining responsive, high-performing e-commerce websites. You’ll play a key role in launching a new Shopify storefront while managing the technical upkeep of existing WordPress and WooCommerce platforms. Your expertise in front-end and back-end technologies will drive seamless user experiences and support business growth.

This position requires a deep understanding of web architecture, SEO best practices, CRO strategies, and integration of e-commerce platforms with marketing tools and analytics.

 

Responsibilities

Shopify Development

  • Build, design, and deploy a fully functional Shopify e-commerce site
  • Customize themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Integrate third-party apps and migrate existing data

Website Maintenance & Optimization

  • Maintain and optimize WordPress/WooCommerce websites
  • Perform regular backups, security checks, and plugin/theme updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve site bugs, crashes, and slow load times

E-commerce Management

  • Manage product listings and inventory updates
  • Adjust pricing and promotional content as needed
  • Support basic ad operations (Google Ads, Meta Ads) within e-commerce tools

UX, CRO & Technical SEO

  • Analyze user behavior and site performance to enhance conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing and apply UX best practices
  • Ensure mobile optimization and cross-browser compatibility
  • Implement SEO-friendly code and metadata structures

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track website KPIs and provide performance insights
  • Stay current on trends in e-commerce development, web technologies, and platform capabilities

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • Proven experience developing responsive e-commerce sites
  • Mastery of Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce
  • Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Proficient in version control and debugging
  • Understanding of e-commerce architecture: product catalog, checkout, payments, fulfillment
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
  • Exposure to marketing automation and funnel optimization tools
