Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the development of visually engaging digital content. This role focuses on designing high-quality graphics and multimedia assets for digital learning materials, ensuring consistency, clarity and alignment with design standards. 

Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia elements for digital content and learning materials
• Create layouts for slides, modules and visual assets using tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to translate ideas into visual designs
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, templates and style standards
• Edit and refine visual content to improve clarity, alignment and overall quality
• Review designs for accuracy, formatting and visual hierarchy
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices in digital content creation

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

• Strong understanding of visual design principles (layout, typography, color, hierarchy)
• Experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms
• Ability to follow templates and maintain consistency across designs
• Experience creating layouts using PowerPoint, Google Slides or similar tools
• High attention to detail, especially in alignment, spacing and text accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
