Illustrator Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Illustrator Designer to produce original artwork for both print and digital publications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling through visuals, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling illustrations while collaborating closely with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Create original illustrations for books and digital content based on project requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, authors and stakeholders to bring creative visions to life
• Revise and refine artwork based on feedback while maintaining design quality
• Ensure illustrations align with project guidelines, themes and timelines
• Manage multiple illustration projects while maintaining consistency and attention to detail

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

• Proven experience in digital illustration with a strong portfolio
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in book illustration (required)
• Ability to incorporate feedback and deliver revisions efficiently
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Preferred:

• Experience working on print and publishing projects
• Background in creative design or illustration-related fields
