Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage our network infrastructure, systems administration and cybersecurity initiatives. This role ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment while supporting overall business operations through proactive system management and technical leadership.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, servers and cloud-based systems
• Oversee system administration tasks including updates, backups and user access
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Monitor performance and ensure high availability of IT resources
• Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure system-wide compliance
• Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs and documentation standards
• Lead IT projects involving infrastructure upgrades and system integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business goals

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in network and system administration
• In-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, switches and routers
• Expertise in server management (Windows/Linux), virtualization and cloud systems
• Proficient in IT security, disaster recovery planning and data backup solutions
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
