Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and data-savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in launching and managing email marketing and social media initiatives that align with our brand and business goals. You will collaborate across departments to boost engagement, capture new leads and support customer retention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns
- Manage and grow social media channels, aligning content with campaign goals
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing efforts
- Generate reports and translate performance data into actionable insights
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Support campaign planning, execution, and A/B testing
- Monitor trends and recommend improvements based on analytics
Job Qualifications and Skills Set:
- Proven experience in marketing or a similar role
- Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Ads Manager, or Meta Business Suite
- Strong understanding of email and social media platforms
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management
