Marketing Manager
Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager who excels in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising and is skilled in visual and video content production. This role will lead paid social strategy while unifying brand messaging across organic and paid campaigns. You’ll collaborate with creators, SEO teams and Google Ads specialists to deliver synchronized, conversion-focused marketing efforts. Perfect for someone who thrives in seasonal e-commerce and performance-based environments.
Responsibilities
Paid Social (Meta Advertising)
• Build and manage full-funnel Meta campaigns (awareness to conversion)
• Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, CAC
• Test hooks, formats, angles, and audiences; scale winning ads quickly
Creative & Content Production
• Design static and video creatives using tools like Canva
• Coordinate briefs and asset collection with content creators/UGC providers
• Edit and optimize videos with overlays, captions, and platform-specific specs
• Repurpose assets for both organic and paid formats
Organic & Cross-Platform Content
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Adapt ad creatives for organic use on Reels and TikTok (e.g., Opus Clip)
• Monitor community engagement, platform trends, and make agile content changes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate campaign alignment with SEO, email, and Google Ads teams
• Participate in meetings to sync Meta efforts with broader marketing calendar
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
• 3+ years of experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad management
• Strong creative eye for static and video asset design
• Familiarity with UGC production and content repurposing tools (e.g., Opus Clip, Canva)
• Excellent grasp of campaign metrics and digital ad optimization
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Bonus: Experience working in a seasonal or apparel-based ecommerce business
