Marketplace Account Support Specialist

Job Overview
As a Marketplace Account Support Specialist, you’ll be supporting our presence on Amazon and possibly Shopify. You’ll maintain reports, manage product catalogs, monitor customer feedback and coordinate promotional strategies. You’ll work behind the scenes to keep listings optimized and ensure smooth account performance while troubleshooting issues that affect content, inventory or compliance.
Responsibilities
- Reporting Management: Update key performance reports weekly and monthly for visibility into brand metrics across marketplaces
- Administrative Support: Maintain roadmaps, handle daily marketplace tasks and manage POAs, appeals and inventory-related cases
- Catalog Support: Create and manage listings manually or in bulk, troubleshoot listing issues and ensure catalog compliance
- Customer Service & Feedback: Address A-Z claims, chargebacks, reviews and returns; resolve product concerns and work on review removal when necessary
- Enhanced Content: Upload and troubleshoot A+ content, storefronts and brand story sections
- Promotions & Deals: Help implement promotions and sales strategies across platforms
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- 2+ years of Amazon marketplace account support or management
- Experience with Walmart Marketplace, Lowe's or Home Depot is a plus
- Skilled in catalog creation, inventory workflows and case resolution
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Slack, Dropbox and Gmail
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation in a remote work setup
- Reliable internet, computer and home workspace
- Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks and deliver independently
