Marketplace Account Support Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketplace Account Support Specialist to join a growing e-commerce operations team in the home improvement retail space. This role focuses on supporting daily marketplace operations, maintaining product listings, managing account health and ensuring consistent performance across online selling platforms. The ideal candidate has strong Amazon marketplace experience, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update marketplace performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis
• Support administrative marketplace tasks including case management, appeals and policy compliance
• Create, update and maintain product listings across marketplaces using manual and bulk upload methods
• Troubleshoot listing errors and ensure catalog consistency across platforms
• Manage customer service-related issues such as A-Z claims, chargebacks, negative feedback, returns and reviews
• Open and manage support cases to resolve listing, inventory or account issues
• Upload and manage enhanced content, storefront updates and brand assets
• Assist with promotional campaigns, deals and marketplace marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate product data and marketplace compliance

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

• At least 2 years of experience managing or supporting Amazon marketplace accounts
• Familiarity with listing creation, inventory management, bulk uploads and marketplace case management
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data management
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack, Dropbox and Gmail
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and manage multiple tasks independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
