Job Overview

We are hiring an Overall Account Supervisor to oversee daily performance, team leadership and client satisfaction across multiple accounts. This role is ideal for someone with strong people-management experience, operational discipline and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic work environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations across assigned accounts or teams
  • Ensure alignment with service level agreements and client expectations
  • Monitor and guide team performance, attendance and adherence to KPIs
  • Serve as the escalation point for operational or client concerns
  • Conduct regular coaching, mentoring and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Training, QA, etc.) to support team efficiency
  • Drive improvements in workflows and service delivery standards
  • Ensure compliance with labor policies and company regulations

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

Required:

  • Proven experience in team or account supervision
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Effective at decision-making, task delegation and problem resolution
  • Knowledge of labor policies, performance management systems and reporting practices

Preferred:

  • Background in BPO, outsourcing or service operations
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams or multiple client accounts
