Job Overview
The Pay-Per-Click Expert is responsible for developing, managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing) and key social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. This role requires a strong grasp of performance metrics, conversion tracking, and A/B testing methodologies, alongside creative collaboration and analytical execution.
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and more
- Conduct deep keyword research and granular audience targeting to maximize campaign impact
- Track and optimize daily ad spend, bid strategies and ROAS
- Craft engaging ad copy and creatives aligned to each platform's tone and format
- Execute A/B testing on ads, landing pages and bid strategies to improve performance
- Implement conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and UTM structures
- Monitor and improve Quality Score, CTR and ad relevance
- Collaborate with design, content and analytics teams for alignment with overall marketing goals
- Stay informed of platform algorithm changes and advertising policy updates
- Create reports and dashboards that highlight KPIs, insights and ROI
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- 2+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google, Microsoft and social platforms
- Expertise in keyword research tools and tracking platforms
- Experience using Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking and conversion pixels
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into strategy
- Experience with A/B testing tools and campaign automation
- Up-to-date knowledge of advertising trends, guidelines and compliance policies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
