Product Listing Specialist

Job Overview

As a Product Listing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for entering and managing product data across systems such as NetSuite, Shopify, and internal templates. This role requires high attention to detail, strong spreadsheet skills, and the ability to manage large datasets efficiently. You’ll collaborate with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure timely product launches and accurate content uploads.

Responsibilities

• Collect and input product content (titles, specs, images, documents, etc.) from verified sources
• Format data into standardized templates (CSV/Excel/Google Sheets) for system import
• Assign items to correct categories using taxonomy guidelines
• Create bundles, kits, and multipacks with mapped components
• Maintain organized electronic records and follow data protocols
• Coordinate with teams to prioritize product launches and updates
• Ensure confidentiality of product and sales data
• Participate in a collaborative and positive work environment

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

• Excellent writing and documentation habits
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets knowledge: filtering, formulas, validation, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Proven speed and accuracy with large data sets
• Preferred: Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, PIM/DAM tools
• Preferred: SEO best practices for product content and image file naming
• Independent problem-solving skills and the ability to follow instructions
• Professional communication and demeanor
• May be required to work Saturdays
