Job Overview
As a Sales Opener, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, gather key client details, and schedule appointments for the closing team. You’ll also re-engage past clients, support chat inquiries, and ensure a seamless handoff to closers. This is a full-time role for someone with strong attention to detail, a clear speaking voice, and the ability to think on their feet in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage initial contact through calls and chat for both inbound and outbound engagements
- Conduct scheduled calls to qualify leads and collect insurance details
- Coordinate with closers to book client appointments
- Reconnect with previous clients through outbound calls
- Assist with follow-up outreach and appointment reminders
- Accurately document conversations using Salesforce and soft-phone apps
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- At least 1 year of call center and sales experience
- Excellent English language comprehension and communication skills
- Calm, confident phone presence and quick thinking under pressure
- Familiarity with Salesforce, MS Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable giving honest feedback
- Experience in live chat systems and Facebook Meta Chat (a plus)
- Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
