Sales Opener Representative

Job Overview
We're looking for a Sales Opener Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact in the sales process. This role requires managing calls and chats, qualifying candidates and coordinating with closers to ensure smooth client handoffs. The right candidate will be confident, detail-oriented and able to drive conversations that engage prospective clients while supporting the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls
- Manage live chat and scheduled call engagements
- Gather insurance info and qualify clients for services
- Schedule appointments for closing representatives
- Make follow-up and reengagement calls to former clients
- Maintain accurate records and call activity in Salesforce
- Use soft-phone tools integrated with Salesforce
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or call center environment
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and Salesforce
- Experience using soft-phone tools within Salesforce
- Excellent verbal communication with a clear, professional voice
- Strong English comprehension and multitasking ability
- Ability to navigate conversations smoothly and think on your feet
- Reliable, resilient, and proactive in giving honest feedback
Preferred
- Knowledge of Facebook Meta Chat
