Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Representative who thrives in a structured, high-volume sales support environment. This role is perfect for a detail-driven, process-oriented individual who can manage client communication, booking coordination and administrative tasks to maximize the productivity of our sales consultants.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage appointment setting, inbox organization and lead assignment
  • Handle booking submissions, modifications and post-booking follow-ups
  • Ensure all CRM entries, task updates and client notes are current and accurate
  • Assist with travel reservations using vendor booking engines and reservation platforms
  • Perform quality control checks on submitted documents and client communications
  • Prioritize tasks under time pressure without sacrificing accuracy
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide seamless support

 

Job Qualifications and Skills Set

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
  • Excellent math skills and numerical accuracy
  • Ability to work with CRMs (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Comfortable using reservation platforms and booking tools
  • Effective multitasker able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Fast learner who can adapt to structured workflows and booking procedures
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage high task volumes
