Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative who thrives in a structured, high-volume sales support environment. This role is perfect for a detail-driven, process-oriented individual who can manage client communication, booking coordination and administrative tasks to maximize the productivity of our sales consultants.
Responsibilities
- Manage appointment setting, inbox organization and lead assignment
- Handle booking submissions, modifications and post-booking follow-ups
- Ensure all CRM entries, task updates and client notes are current and accurate
- Assist with travel reservations using vendor booking engines and reservation platforms
- Perform quality control checks on submitted documents and client communications
- Prioritize tasks under time pressure without sacrificing accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide seamless support
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Excellent math skills and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work with CRMs (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Comfortable using reservation platforms and booking tools
- Effective multitasker able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Fast learner who can adapt to structured workflows and booking procedures
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage high task volumes
