Job Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you’ll support the execution of multi-channel strategies by creating content, managing scheduling tools, monitoring analytics, and optimizing growth. You’ll play a hands-on role in refining visual and written messaging, working alongside creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives. You’ll also identify and recommend improvements to internal processes and social media operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Write social media captions and design branded graphics that align with strategy guidelines
  • Schedule content across platforms using Meta Business Suite and track posts through internal systems
  • Conduct research on influencers, platform trends, and growth strategies
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize author engagement and campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor active content projects for timely delivery and consistent quality
  • Flag inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements
  • Create on-brand content to enhance internal brand presence and voice
