UI/UX Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and engaging digital experiences for enterprise software applications. This role combines strategic UI/UX design, usability optimization and visual design expertise to create solutions that improve operational efficiency and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience designing complex business applications while also supporting branding and marketing initiatives through high-quality visual design.

Responsibilities

UI/UX Design & User Experience

• Design and optimize user interfaces for web, desktop and mobile applications
• Create intuitive workflows, dashboards and data-driven interfaces that enhance usability and productivity
• Develop user flows, process maps, wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve application performance and user experience
• Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms and products
• Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD or similar design tools
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle

Information Architecture & Product Design

• Develop sitemaps, user journeys and information architecture for complex software solutions
• Simplify multi-step workflows and improve navigation across enterprise applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective user experiences
• Ensure designs align with both user needs and business objectives

Graphic Design & Brand Support

• Design digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, presentations, brochures and user guides
• Create visual assets that support brand awareness and product marketing initiatives
• Maintain consistency with brand standards and visual identity guidelines
• Translate technical concepts into visually engaging and easy-to-understand content

Collaboration & Implementation

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Prepare design specifications, assets and documentation for development teams
• Manage design libraries, icons, illustrations and visual resources
• Maintain organized design files and version control processes

Job Qualifications and Skill Set

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, Fine Arts or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience
• At least 2 years of experience focused on UI/UX design for software applications or digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, software interfaces and visual design work
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD or similar prototyping tools
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes and design systems
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform user experiences
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and front-end development concepts
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability testing methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms or business applications
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design frameworks
• Experience creating marketing collateral and brand assets
• Familiarity with modern development workflows and collaboration tools
